Wastewater temperature monitoring is an important method of verifying other measurements such as pH monitoring, turbidity and conductivity. When monitoring final effluent, discharge consents are sometimes waived when the temperature drops to 4ºC. Accurate temperature monitoring using the correct equipment can help avoid regulation issues.
We supply the Partech WaterWatch 7300w² Monitor, a cost-effective and robust measurement solution which can utilise multiple sensors to measure a variety of parameters, including pH monitoring and conductivity.
The 7300w² features:
The WaterTechw² TMP Sensor can be combined with the WaterWatch 7300w² Monitor to provide highly accurate temperature measurement between -10°C and +80°C with a measurement accuracy of +/- 0.3°C
“The detector within the TMP sensor consists of a metal heat conducting cylinder containing, an internal band gap reference, a temperature sensor and a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter. The result is a robust, accurate, easy to use and stable ultra low temperature drift measurement. The detector tip is incorporated into a black acetal housing.
The TMP sensor has been factory calibrated, no further calibration is required. The TMP sensor requires very little maintenance, no special tools or training is required and installation is quick and simple.”
