Service and aftercare

If you are billed on the volume and quality of your discharge then regular servicing and calibration ensures you are not being overcharged and gives you the peace of mind that your system is functioning correctly.

We undertake service agreements across the UK for a variety of industrial clients and water utility providers and can provide a tailored package to suit your site’s individual requirements. Our agreements are carefully designed to ensure that key water utility provider and Environment Agency criteria are met.

For most sites we recommend a minimum of six-monthly checks, however for some sites we may suggest more frequent servicing, depending on the nature of the effluent.

SIRIS service agreements also guarantee priority call-out from our fully trained confined space entry team and preferential service rates.
